About this hike

We pick the best suited route each month

The British Countryside hikes are the only package we do that changes it's location each month. We do this so that we can pick the best route for each time of the year and be responsive to changes in weather conditions. We provide both 1 day and 2 day hiking trips with a bunch of exciting routes planned for the rest of this year. Our last hike took place over Old Harry Rocks on the Isle of Purbeck. It's not the easiest place to get to but it's so beautiful and worth the journey.

The Jurassic Coastline is a established world-heritage site. This particular walk takes in the most notorious landmark on this stretch of the Dorset Coast; Old Harry Rocks. Starting off at Knoll beach, heading south. We follow the coastline until we pass pretty beach huts, features for World War Two and then Old Harry's Rocks come into view. Our walkers loved having the tedious parts of the trip all taken care of by us so that they could just enjoy the beautiful scenery.
